Media is VG+ and Cover is VG+ condition. Conservatively graded, sleeve still has shrink on it with originator hype sticker. Some very minor shelf wear, really only at the edges and corners. Record has superficial paper scuff marks, does not affect play. 

Cleaned ultrasonically with a Degritter!
