Refund policy
At Vinyl Devotion, we take pride in the quality of our products and our customer service. However, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please review our return policy below:
Eligibility for Returns
- Time Frame: Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Sealed records must remain unopened, and all original packaging (including outer and inner sleeves) must be intact.
- Exclusions: Opened records, band tees that have been worn or washed, and posters that have been damaged by the buyer are not eligible for return.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Before sending your item back, please contact us at support@vinyldevotion.fm with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
- Packaging: Carefully package the item in its original packaging to avoid damage during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, item damaged during shipping). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
