At Vinyl Devotion, we understand the importance of getting your records to you quickly and safely. We are committed to providing you with reliable shipping options and ensuring that your order arrives in perfect condition. Please review our shipping policy below:
Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- We strive to ship every order within 48 hours or less. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
Domestic Shipping (Within the United States):

- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 1-3 business days.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
International Shipping:

- We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

- Please note that customs fees, import duties, VAT, and other taxes may apply and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not collected by Vinyl Devotion at checkout.
Packaging & Protection:
- We take pride in ensuring that your records arrive in perfect condition.
- All records over $25 are packed in Mighty Mailers designed to hold 5-6 records. We use extra mailer pads and bubble wrap to fill any excess space and prevent damage.
- Records over $100 are 'double packed,' with a regular white mailer placed inside another box for extra protection.
- Every opened/used record is ultrasonically cleaned for free and shipped with resealable sleeves to protect against water damage during transit.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package until it reaches your door.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
- While we take every precaution to ensure your package arrives safely, we understand that issues can occur during transit.
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can work with the carrier to locate it. If the package cannot be found, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and the packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Shipping Restrictions:
- Some items may be restricted from shipping to certain countries due to customs regulations. If your order is affected, we will contact you to discuss your options.
