Media is VG and Cover is G+ condition. Conservatively graded, cut corner promo copy for a radio station. Sleeve has some heavy shelf wear, mostly around the corners, sleeve is pulled a little bit (splotchy) on the  front. Conservatively graded record, has a few superficial scratches / marks that causes occasional noise and some faint pops.

Cleaned ultrasonically with a Degritter!
