Media is VG+ and Cover is VG+ condition. Sleeve has some moderate shelf wear on it, some creasing on the back. Part of the lenticular cover  isn't fully adhered bottom right. Record has superficial marks, does not affect play. 

Cleaned ultrasonically with a Degritter!
